The Fleet Technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance inspections and approved industry repair methods. Our technician’s goal is to make sure each vehicle is safe, reliable and clean every time.

Essential Job Functions:

· Extensive knowledge of preventative maintenance inspections and standard industry repair methods to include breaks, steering, suspensions, alignments, tune-ups and electric diagnosis

· Ability to read and understand technical manuals

· Must be safety minded and alert in their work environment

· Must be self-motivated and a good team player with great customer service skills

Non-Essential Job Functions:

· Maintains good relationships with co-workers

· Supports the Maintenance Department’s and company’s goals

· Must be able to work either shift and over time as needed


· Valid Colorado Driver license

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Must be at least 23 years of age

· ASE certifications is a plus

· Knowledge of RTA preferred

· Must pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check
